(He would call the `less is more' statement (e.g.) a poorly phrased inversion.) He quotes several well known philosophers as they support his argument : So…crates, Aristotle and Plato + Hegel. He also quotes people we know less as philosophers and MORE as something else - among these William Shakespeare, George Orwell and Virgil. Book is 445 pages of very compact ideas - UNillus.Three chapter headings, for flavour, include : Soldiers of Right Reason, The Phenomenology of Milk and Honey, and The Socially Productive Animal. Cond : Paper wrapper is white with purple lettering on spine and purple graphics on front cover. Light wear or bumping at most corners and edges. Binding strong despite thickness. This one is based onthe author's personal experience with labor organizing, first as a factory worker and later as a social worker. It offers a framework for organizing workplaces, negotiating contracts, and dialoguing with management. He writes, "Open dialogue freely joined by all who desire is the middle-class insurgent's most devastating weapon." As of March 2026, we locate one copy in OCLC, at the University of Michigan.
