Near fine plus, if not fine, 48-unnumbered page 7 1/4 inch by 4 7/8 inch wraps/paperback in stiff paper covers. Top edge of front cover near spine has two closed tears of 1/8 inch each and barely noticeable 5/8 inch hairline crease between them. Ibky trivial additional signs of age/wear/previous use: primarily to lower fore-edge corner of rear cover.
