One page. Letter written by C.E. Kirk (Foreman in Charge of Work on State House) to W. Finneger (?) Keeper of the State House. The letter is a formal request to have the old bell from the State House restored and placed in the State Capitol building. Letter is currently framed in a double sided matte/clear frame. Legible and in excellent condition.
