Smaller 8vo paperback in die-cut and embossed chromo-litho illustrated covers with 3 hole thread binding. Cover and pages with die-cut patterned edges following the cover design of floral vines. Integrated into the design are die-cut openings at the corners and edges of the front cover. 20 pages including covers. 5 leaves and both covers feature chromo-litho produced illustrations. A lithograph reproduction of Payne's musical composition reproduced on the center fold sheet. Other pages feature pictorial borders in monotone. Tiny chip missing from the top front corner of the cover; a repaired small chip from the rear bottom cover corner. Small and shallow drip/spill stain to spine edge; cover stock rubbed and a little furred at spine. Scattered mild spotting to the heavy paper page stock.
