LIMITED EDITION, this being # 13 of 1000 copies. Frontispiece, vi, [8 pages of maps], vii-xi, [1], 144pp, 36pp of photographs, 145-356pp, bound in blue cloth, map endpapers, with binding and hinges tight. Back cover shows a lower edge stain, that moves along to the lower outer page edges [NOT a damp stain], back map endpaper shows a red outline with notes "Property of Henry C. & Jamie L.
