LP 30 cm. Farbig illustriertes OCover. Cover aus relativ dünnem Karton und deshalb etwas knittrig und am Einschub etwas aufgewellt, kleiner Einriss (8 mm) am Einschub hinten. Platte nahezu tadellos. Roberto Cantoral Garcia (geb. 1935) und sein Bruder Antonio sind bekannte mexikanische Musiker und Komponisten. Roberto wurde 2009…für sein Lebenswerk mit dem Latin Recording Academy Trustees Award geehrt. Eines seiner bekanntesten Stücke war "El preso número nueve" (Gefangener Nr. 9), das u.a. 1960 von Joan Baez gecovert wurde, und auch auf vorliegender Platte enthalten ist (unter dem Titel "El Numero nueve"). Auch viele andere seiner Kompositionen wurden von bekannten Stars wie Plácido Domingo, Vikki Carr, José Feliciano, Neil Sedaka, André Kostelanetz, Richard Clayderman, Linda Ronstadt, Pedro Vargas u.v.a. gesungen bzw. gespielt. Als rumänische Pressung ist die Platte eine liebenswerte Kuriosität mit einem bemerkenswerten Gruppenbild als Coverphoto. Sprache: ro.
