The book is quarter bound in faded red cloth with black sides and gold spine lettering. The spine ends are bumped and the cloth has a tear at bottom. The tinted red top edge is faded from sunning. The dust jacket has a few chips and tears around the edges, shelf rubbing, and light discoloration, but all is now protected in a clear cover. The spine also looks sunned. Overall a very good hardcover.
