Clean, has a good binding, no marks or notations to the text. When being rebound a couple of extra pages were bound in with the text pertaining to unit member P.F.C. Ray Jackson including a typed letter signed by him and an official letter dated 14 August 1945 giving Jackson the authority to wear the Bronze Service Arrowhead for participating in the Assault Landing on Normandy Beachhead. The dedication page has been filled out by a relative of P.F.C. Jackson. Previous owner info scribbled out inside on the front pastedown. (tnos).
