Boards have light edgewear with corner crushing and notable marking to boards. Moderate tanning to spine, which has mild crushing to ends. Moderate water stains to boards. Book has forward lean.

The artist is Stuart Tresilian, best known for his Enid Blyton Adventure series illustrations. DJ edge wear and chips. Slight spotting by white paint to DJ cover although barely discernible. Inscription to ffep. Front cover depicts two sailors fighting on the beach whilst the aboriginees look on cheering. Not price clipped.
