Art / Print / Poster First Edition
Condition: Good. N.d., circa 1850s. 25 by 17 cm. 24 line air -- poetry and/or lyric with border illustrations linking the Bonaparte's France or the First Empire with the United States, how, though, is ambiguous to us, ther than a forced militarism, perhaps. The only physical copy appearing on OCLC First Search is at Brown, with a number of institutions having an Internet record. The small broadside, printed on one side, does look as if it could have been removed from a publication other than it has the publisher's info at its base. The borders have soiling in addition to age toning, and the paper has a fragility.
