La date et la formule de politesse sont autographes. Lettre en italien à un prêtre, vraisemblablement pour le remercier pour l'un envoi de la nouvelle édition d'un livre sur la Passion. Probablement, le destinataire est Pietro Metastasio (1698-1782), écrivain bien connu et prêtre, qui publia cet ouvrage en 1730 et le republie en 1781. Mention à l'encre rouge au dos « collection de l'abbé Canal ». Les autographes du cardinal Gerdil semblent rares. [161b].
