At the time scores of critics were convinced that Jane Eyre's ambitions were improper for a young woman, moreover, it was regarded as a violent book about a passionate woman. On the other hand, bildungsromans about women were not widespread and it was a real success in the early nineteenth century. But how can we explain it Whether people were only curious or not, Brontë found a good compromise between her own outlook on women and that of most other people.In this essay I will try to demonstrate that although frequent critical in it, Brontë adhered to the morality of her time. I will first describe the context of Jane Eyre and especially the status of women during the Victorian age to explain why the novel was considered unusual. Secondly I will point out some feminist elements in the book then I will try to outline Brontë's opinion about feminism and her real intentions in writing Jane Eyre.

This essay aims to display how the film deals with this latter theme with reference to, first, the narrative structure and, finally, some audacious film techniques. Since this paper is limited, we will only discuss this issue from a broad perspective.

Es el caso, por ejemplo, del Cántico de San Juan de la Cruz (1542-1591). Altamente valorizada, es famoso por la dificultad de acotar el elemento misterioso que contiene. Desde siempre, este elemento dio lugar a diversas especulaciones, lo que nos interesa dentro de este ensayo. No tenemos la pretensión de prometer respuestas pero por supuesto deseamos aclarar lo que nos sea posible.En este ensayo, nos concentraremos en la estrofa 16, y más especialmente en la significación de la viña florecida. Trabajaremos sobre todo con la versión más reciente del Cántico, es decir el Cántico B (1703), pero no olvidaremos el Cántico A inicial (1627) o las famosas declaraciones en prosa (1584) del escritor.Intentaremos revelar la intención del autor al desarrollar la posición que ocupa la estrofa 16 dentro del poema. Seguidamente, podremos especificar algunas interpretaciones originales así como proponer una nueva. Acabaremos con traducciones francesas que podrían revelarnos otras interpretaciones del poema. Pero ante todo conviene detallar la mecánica de la unidad estrófica gracias a un análisis interno.

Dans ce domaine, on peut d'ailleurs dégager trois approches : (1) les auteurs qui admettent la magie et l'acceptent , (2) les auteurs qui l'admettent et la condamnent , et finalement, (3) les auteurs qui la réfutent totalement. Nous tenterons de démontrer pourquoi Ibn Khaldun fait parti de cette dernière catégorie, à l'aide de passages consacrés à l'astrologie dans sa fameuse Muqaddimat.Avant d'entrer dans le vif du sujet, il convient de situer correctement le contexte et les concepts utiles à ce travail. Dans cette optique, la première partie fera donc brièvement le point sur Ibn Khaldun, sa Muqaddimat, en s'attardant sur le parcours historique de cette dernière, et enfin, l'astrologie arabe. La seconde section, quant à elle, sera plus directement orientée vers notre problématique puisqu'elle décrira l'astrologie telle qu'elle transparaît dans la Muqaddimat. De ces quelques recherches, nous tirerons finalement des conclusions.

Luego, aplicaremos conceptos claves en cuanto al mestizaje para plantear nuestro problema y acabaremos con una comparación breve con 'Hijo de hombre' de Augusto Roa Bastos, para situar mejor nuestra narrativa. No olvidaremos señalar la presencia de la violencia a varios niveles porque podrá ayudarnos en descifrar un potencial mensaje. A travers diverses historiettes, nous essayerons d'en dégager les stéréotypes afin de les accorder avec une valeur propre à la mentalité arabe.
