Hardcover. Condition: Good. 1st Edition. Probable first; Copy right page states 1904 and 'Published October 29,1904". Oblong book - over sized - approximately 14" W by 10.5" Long. This book is a music book - has 12 different musical scores. Illustrations compliment the musical score. They are primarily colorful & B&W drawings of… cherub like children, very typical for the time period. Interior pages are lightly browning but score is clean and very readable. There are several closed tears along the inside edge close to spine. Some pages have yellow tape remains where repairs were attempted. No pages are torn through or appear to be missing. No writing or highlighting. Floral cloth covered boards are soiled but white cloth on spine is bright and binding firm. Paper label on cover is fully intact. Rare to find a music book that is 120+ years old, intact, still colorful and readable. Carpenter, John; Carpenter, Rue (illustrator).
