    Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. Blue hardcover boards with gilt lettering. Dust jacket has minor edge and shelf wear, although covered in Brodart for protection. First end paper has foxing due to age. Professor Carr's work could have no higher recommendation that of Viscount Halifax. It deals with British Foreign policy from Versailles to the outbreak of War and gives the best available outline of that period. First Edition.
