Latter has two stains at the edge so not on the lettering or the main illustration. This is the only real flaw, as it's in excellent condition - well bound (tight and square) and completely clean internally. No date but another seller has 1923. It has 8 delicately drawn colour illustrations by W.H. Walker, plus 42 illustrations in black and white. …

There is no DJ. The green boards are rubbed and scuffed and there are a few little spatters of white to the front. inside, the pages are foxed, marked and discoloured with age. A faded name in ink with the date March 1933 is inside the front cover. One of the black and white illustrations has been carefully coloured in by a previous owner. I include a photo of this artwork. The pages are quite firmly bound. a couple of the colour plates are starting to come away at the bottom but only a cm or so.…
