Draft script for the 1938 film. With manuscript pencil annotations on the front wrapper. Included with the script are four pages of mimeographed notes regarding main title billing for the film. Two aviators' friendship is tested when a love triangle forms between them and their shared childhood sweetheart. Another tribute to the glories of aviation by director (and former WWI fighter pilot) William A. Wellman, best known for "Wings" (1927), the first film to win an Academy Award for Best Picture. White titled self wrappers, rubber-stamped copy No. 1156 and marked as production No. 1172, dated February 15, 1938. Title page integral with the front wrapper as issued. 144 leaves, with last page of text numbered 135.
