Hardcover. Condition: Very good +. 64 p., interspersed by 24 plates, some in colour. Gold print at bottom of front cover indicates this is the copy of Mayor Thomas F. Kingsmill Jr. A little wear to spine ends and dents to edges. Envelope addressed to the mayor attached to the front pastedown. Signed by London, Ontario City Council of 1937 on rear endpaper, incl. aldermen, and city clerk, treasurer and engineer. Some foxing to edges.
