It is probable that Cass is a researcher in nursery education, as she has published several papers on the significance of children's play and the role of the teacher in nursery. The present volume is comprised of four illustrated short stories. With a library renewal sheet from he Nursery School Association of Great Britain and Northern Island tipped into the front paste down from, and a stamp from the association to the title page. In the publisher's original red and white paper wraps. Externally, smart, with just some light handling marks to the fore edge. Internally, firmly bound, with bright and clean pages throughout.
