Includes the "Television Call Sheet" from April 4th, 2001, the 13th of 16 shooting days for the episode. Accompanied by a "Certificate of Authenticity" from James Doland of Paramount Pictures. This script is signed by the nine principal cast members of the series, including: Kate Mulgrew, Jeri Ryan, Garret Wang, Tim Russ, Robert Duncan McNeil, Roxann Dawson, Robert Beltran, Ethan Phillips, and Robert Picardo. The two-hour series finale was filmed over a period of roughly fifteen to sixteen days, beginning Monday, March 19, 2001 and wrapping principal photography on Monday, April 9, 2001, with second-unit work following on April 10 and 12. The production was carried out under strict secrecy, with the cast receiving pages of the teleplay in sealed envelopes and only the main cast given full access to the script. Signed.
