Unfortunately there has at sometime been some water damage to the outer edge from the middle of the book to bottom outer corner. This has completely discolored the hard cover front and back in these places.Inside the book at the front is still reasonable with only a slight discoloring to the page edges up to page 18. Page 243 has slight water damage. At the rear the damage starts at page 287, which is torn at the bottom of the page as is 289, then just discoloration on the remaining pages.
