This is the complete 12 volumes of the " Hoosier Set" printed by Bobbs-Merrill for the Indiana Society of Chicago, which includes Stratton Porter's After the Flood, one of her more rare titles. Other titles include: Mrs, Miller by James Whitcomb Riley, Who's Hoosier volumes 1 and 2 by Wilbur Nesbitt,Style and the Man by Meredith Nicholson, The Dog and the Child and the Ancient Sailor Man by Robert Wason, Verses and Jingles by George Ade,The Redemption of Anthony by Marjorie Cooke, Short Furrows by Kin Hubbard, Sweet Alyssum by Charles MajorHistory of Indiana by John McCutcheon, and Her Weight in Gold by George Barr McCutcheon. History of Indian has a small bump to the spine, Short Furrows with a tiny bump to the bottom front cover, Mrs. Miller with two tiny fox spots running through the preliminaries. All volumes bound in bright red ribbed cloth with gilt titles. A handsome set of all Indiana authors.
