Signed presentation from Dr. Phalippou on the half-title page, in French: [Translation] "To Dr. Palanque, in memory of our memorable work on `monsters' and in all cordiality. Dr. Ch. Phalippou, Toulouse 15 May, 1910." An extremely rare medical study of a most unusual birth defect. Several sheets of notes by Dr. Raymond Groc, also from Toulouse, laid in but apparently not associated with the cyclops condition. Very Good (little wear wraps with shallow dampstain to top edge of front cover & front endpaper, else contents clean & tight). $1,750.00.
