Cartella editoriale di cm. 47,5x35,5) completa del FRONT. ornato che reca in calce la cifra 1896 e delle 40 TAVOLE seppia (due doppie ripieg.), editorialmente sciolte: fototipie DOYEN impresse su cartoncino, da fotografie di A. CHARVET. Le TAVOLE di grandiosi AFFRESCHI: 1) 5 di VILLA della REGINA, Torino. 2) 13 del CASTELLO di RIVOLI. 3) 4 del Palazzo del BORGO, poi ACCADEMIA FILARMONICA. 4) 12 del PALAZZO REALE, Torino. 5) 4 (ma 6 numerate, perché due sono doppie ripieg.) della Palazzina di caccia di STUPINIGI. Il fotografo CHARVET successe nello studio già di Gaetano Madio, poi di P. Tencone e poi di G. Poletto, e lo tenne dal 1884 al 1886 in via Acc. Albertina 35 (cfr. wfotografi). Eccellenti le tavole e pulite tutte le grandiose figure e gran parte dei margini; molte tavole con tracce di gora o polvere all'estremo marg. esterno. La cartella conserva integro il piatto ant. in tela granulosa rossa edit. con grandi titoli oro; strappo al piatto post., ds. rotto da reintegrare. Così com'è, ma raro.

p.tela edit. Lievissime abrasioni e leggere fioriture alla copertina, perduto il laccio di chiusura (4) + 80 cc. di tavv. sciolte in cartella editoriale p. 510x360 mm.

Cartella in-folio in t. tela rossa editoriale con titolo in oro al piatto e legacci. All'interno, un frontespizio litografico inciso da Doyen con titolo entro bordura e 40 tavv. sciolte (le tavv. 37, 38, 39 e 40 sono collocate su doppio foglio) riproducenti soffitti affrescati di palazzi e castelli piemontesi. Restauri al dorso della cartella, per il resto ottimo stato. Unica edizione, rara.
