First Edition
First Edition. First edition, large 8vo, pp. 71, [1]; text in Traditional Chinese and English; color illustrations throughout; pictorial paper wrappers; owner's stamp of Donald Y. W. Cheng on fore-edge, else fine. A catalog of swords forged by Chen and essays by him on his philosophy and background. Chen (1940-2011) was a celebrated swordsmith whose work was inspired by the ancient stories and epics of Chinese history. The English translation is poor but comprehendible.
