Trions, or charged excitons, are quasiparticles formed by the association of an exciton with an electron or a hole. They are distinguished by their charge and mobility, generating unique properties for nanostructures. Our study calculates the binding energy, energy transition and electronic wave function in a cylindrical quantum box, integrating the effects of pressure and temperature. Two theoretical models are proposed for binding and non-correlation energy, based on a multi-parameter variational approach. The results show that the properties of trions depend on pressure, temperature and confinement, and that they are more stable in nanostructures, opening up technological perspectives in optoelectronics and telecommunications. 92 pp. Englisch.…

Se distinguen por su carga y movilidad, generando propiedades únicas para las nanoestructuras. Nuestro estudio calcula la energía de enlace, la transición energética y la función de onda electrónica en una caja cuántica cilíndrica, integrando los efectos de la presión y la temperatura. Se proponen dos modelos teóricos para la energía de enlace y de no correlación, basados en un enfoque variacional multiparamétrico. Los resultados muestran que las propiedades de los triones dependen de la presión, la temperatura y el confinamiento, y que son más estables en nanoestructuras, lo que abre perspectivas tecnológicas en optoelectrónica y telecomunicaciones. …
