L'A., Ciro Pollini, veronese (1782 - 1833), fu importante medico e botanico. ITA.

In-8° (cm. 22,5), brossura editoriale a stampa azzurrina con titolo in nero al dorso e al piatto anteriore inquadrato da eleganti fregi in xilografia; pp. 488 [8] ad ampi margini, in barbe, in stato molto buono; lievi e sporadiche fioriture, leggere gore alle sole prime ed ultime carte. Bella edizione di questo trattato di agricoltura elaborato in forma di dialogo e scritto «non per il rozzo contadino [.] ma pe' contadini possidenti, per gli affittajuoli, per i castaldi, pe' mezzajuoli o lavorenti, per chi insomma presiede alla direzione d'un podere» [pp. 9-10]. Dedicata dall'autore a Giovambattista da Persico, allora Podestà di Verona.
