It is a reprint, as a SOFTBOUND BOOK , of 1959 original , which was a MAGAZINE supplement to the Louisville Courier-Journal newspaper. Cissy Gregg was the most popular of all the food Editors, the Courier-Journal had before or since. The magazines were very sought after, but hard to find intact, because they were printed on thin cheap news paper. These reprints thus are better and more durable, being actual books. It has very slight external soiling, but is pristine internally & is NEAR FINE overall.

These books are duplications of Cissy's cookbooks published in the Courier Journal back in the 1950s. Pages are clean, tight and unmarked.
