The last 20pp have a brown stain at lower corner. Just a half inch or so. SIGNED ("Saint") on the front endpaper with a deditcation: "Presented… to my beloved sister in law, Mrs. Anna St. Clair, by the author." On the verso of the half-title page the author has written "Errata Pages," and listed nine page numbers. When you check those pages, you will find corrections/changes/additions to the text, in the same blue ink (fountain pen). All the handwriting looks to me like the work of the same person.Poetry.
