Carlotta was one of the original drag queens to perform at 'Les Girls' and went on to become a compere and the best known member of the cast. Carlotta's was one of the first sex change operations to be performed in Australia. In addition to stage work as a drag queen, she starred in the leading role of the film made about her life titled 'Dead Easy'. Details of famous people she has met as part of her career feature prominently. Now 50 years old Carlotta has left 'Les Girls' and is semi-retired. Signed. Cover rubbed near bottom. 159 pages.
