The front cover has a one inch chip to the top right corner, Quite a bit of discolouration to the back cover and to the spine which has a half-inch closed tear at the bottom next to the front cover. The back cover also has two creases across the bottom left corner. Browning to the page edges. The first page in this copy is the title page but that is how it was published. Boards have a half inch band of discolouration down the right edge of the front panel and slight fading around the other edges but are otherwise unmarked. Page edges are browned with some spotting and there is some brown spotting to the endpapers. Pages are lightly browned but are otherwise unmarked. Jackethas two half-inch closed tears to the bottom edge of the rear panel, small closed tears with some associated creasing at the top and bottom edges of the front panel, a half-inch closed tear to the edge of the front flap and some rubbing to edges and corners. This ever so slick production illustrated with photos is among the scarcest of all mystery/detective magazines. So uncommon are they that often the fiction and essays within were never printed anywhere else let alone in book form. In fine condition, they are rare. In this, one of the last 9 issues released in bed-sheet size, they are rarer still.…
