The frontispiece of the forest about Nkandhla is missing. The boards are very smart, healthy. The contents are pleasing. The do have rashes of foxing throughout, however, the pages are thick, hale, very certain. Aside from the flecks of foxing, they are clean, very assured, tidy, neat and just a little aged. fk. The binding is tight and the spine is straight. Signed by the author's wife who did the illustrations in the book. Also included is a couple of handwritten pages of details on the Brigadier-General.
