Hardcover. Condition: Fine. Dust Jacket Condition: Near Fine. Historic B&W photos (illustrator). 1st Edition. Inscribed to Harvey Nussbaum and signed by the author to top of the otherwise blank FFE. The author served two years in France during the Great War. For many years his law firm handled the legal affairs of the Seashore Land and Improvement Companies, affording him the opportunity to learn the background of the resort. He was appointed to the New Jersey Supreme Court in 1941, shifted to the Superior Court, and retired in 1961. 18-X-24-inch map of upper Barnegat Bay still neatly folded in its holder and laid in at rear.
