Un volume in 8°, reliure éditeur rigide cartonnée couverte de toile orange avec inscriptons usuelles en lettres blanches sur le 1er plat, et en lettres dorées sur le dos lisse, Préface écrite par le Director K.SAGARA puis Table des Matières (pp.I-VIII). L'ouvage proprement dit compte 88 pages. Il s'agit principalement d'une liste des industriels ou marchands, avec leurs adresses, classés par spécialité, par exemple: Raw silk, Resin and rosin, roice rubber, rubber goods, scientific instruments, screens etc. On trouve en fin de volume: INDEX TO THE ADVERTISERS (PP.1-19), et puis toute une série d'advertisemnts ou publicités ( pp. I-LVII). On joint un article de 6 pages paru dans le journal LE NORD TEXTILE du 27 janvier 1934 intitulé: "LA CONCURRENCE JAPONAISE DANS LE TEXTILE, L'Industrie de la Soie aretificielle."Pésence d'un ex-libris. Quelques traces d'usage mais ETAT SATISFAISANT.
