The Perilous Island, A Story of Mystery in the Aleutians was written by Frederic Arnold Kummer and illustrated by Kreigh Collins. This book was published by The John C. Winston Company in 1942 and appears to be a First Edition though it's not specifically stated as such. It's in good + condition, has no dust jacket, and is NOT an ex-library copy. But for an inscription on the front loose end page (It was once a Christmas present in 1942.) the book would be in very good condition. The book is 6" by 8 3/4" and has 210 pages with a Table of Contents, a color frontispiece, and black-and-white illustrations throughout the book. Thank you!!
