FIRST EDITION, super octavo, orange cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine and gilt motive to front board, frontispiece, xvi+416pp, illus, VG+ (moderate soiling to spine, slight creasing to spine extrems, slight foxing to page edges, slight bruising to board corners) in d/w VG (slight chipping and creasing to flap hinges and spine extrems, small (<1cm) repaired chip to lower edge of rear cover, 1cm repaired closed tear to upper spine extrem, slight rubbing to rear cover).

Hardback. Condition: VG+. Dust Jacket Condition: VG- DW. 1st Edition. Pale brown publisher's cloth, lettered in gold. Slight text edge spotting else Book is in nearly fine condition with only slightest signs of wear and/or age. More or lesse entire DW (30/-) has some old celotape repair internally which has marked both sides of DW at some edges. Now internally covered with masking tape.

First Edition. History of the famous Scottish regiment from their establishment in 1778 to the merger with the Camerons in 1961 . With illustrations in clour and b/w. VG in Jacket which has been repaired internally with now aged tape. Scarce in the jacket.
