First Edition, first published in March 1926, reprinted in April 1926, and this specific book was reprinted in July 1926. Printed in Great Britain by R. Clay & Sons Ltd, Bungay, Suffolk. Included with all the stunning illustrations is a black and white map titled " Combe's Map of Leicestershire and the Surrounding Country", with small tear to edge. A truly wonderful book, that has stood the test of time, yet still offers an intriguing insight into the past, and still has the opportunity to be preserved and cherished for future generations alike.
