Soft cover. Condition: Fair. First Edition First Printing. Oblong quarto. 283 pages, indexed. Soft cover bound in white and sepia wrappers. The binding is quite rubbed and worn, and there is damping to the front cover an the title page with some wrinkling to several pages after. Prior owner's name on the front cover and title page. Creasing to the spine. The bulk of the text is sound and clean. Illustrated with photos of historic homes, buildings, and other structures throughout. A sound copy but a reading or reference copy only.
