Described on title page as "Autograph Edition". SIGNED by Gaston on title page as part of a dedication to "my esteemed friend". Gaston's business card ("Publicity Agent, Sussex County Cricket") stuck to the reverse side of the title page, opposite the Introduction. Preface by Arthur E R Gilligan, to whom Gaston dedicated the book, and whose photograph appears on the front cover. Many advertisements. In fair condition overall - covers marked, a little chipped, and corner-bent; a few marks on centre spread, with staples there showing just a little oxidation; some occasional marks to other pages though internally generally clean and tidy. PLEASE NOTE that the shipping charge automatically generated with an order does not apply for a non-UK sale - because of the relatively high value of the book, I will be requesting an additional charge for an order received from outside UK.
