Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition. This SCARCE tome was assembled at Christmas Lake Village in Santa Claus, Indiana, a town that exists as a year round homage to Christmas and Santa Claus. The book, while having unnumbered pages, has numerous, as it is 1-3/4" thick, with a 3 page index at the rear. It is not the typical price guide, as all the pages are reprinted EBAY pages that through the years advertised for sale, the numerous collectibles associated with Santa Claus Land in Indiana. The book is beautiful red cloth with striking gilt lettering & design. This copy is a Scarcer printing that was NUMBERED & SIGNED, with this being #208, and is genuinely inscribed & signed by the author, on the Title page.
