Condition: Good. 1910. Second Impression. 270 pages. No dust jacket. Green illustrated cloth boards with gilt lettering. Contains black and white illustrations. Clean pages and illustrations with noticeable tanning and foxing throughout. More pronounced to free endpapers and pastedowns. Binding remains firm. Boards have mild edge-wear with slight rubbing to surfaces and bumping to corners. Gilt lettering is darkened. Moderate sunning to spine and edges with crushing to spine ends. Visible wear marks to boards.

Pages and plates are lightly tanned throughout. Pencil inscriptions to front free endpaper. Water staining to some page edges, text remains unaffected. Binding remains firm. Boards have light shelf-wear with corner bumping. Chipping to leather to spine and edges. Boards are warped.
