Small red ballpoint doodle on the rear free endpaper o/w book itself essentially flawless. DJ not perfect, rather minor signs of wear, back panel very minor very light spill stain & top edge back panel very small tear. Laid-in is a SIGNED note on Dr. Cooley's letterhead that measures 5 1/4 x 8 1/2 inches and that is in VG+ to Near Fine condition reading: "November 1984, To a loyal member of the team at Boehringer Ingelheim Inc.
