Pictorial Boards. No Jacket. The edges are chipped; the head of the front boards rubbed as is the author's name and there is a stain towards the middle of the outer edge. There is a gift inscription on the front end paper and a slight tear on the head of the hinge. The hinge on the title page is exposed and has been reinforced with acid free paper and the hinge on page is 16 cracked and has a note written neatly in pencil on the side. The binding remains very good.There is minor intermittent foxing throughout the book. Not quite a very good copy due to the faults described, but nonetheless in robust health. Size: Small 4to.
