Pl…ease inquire for others. Based on Durrenmatt's 1956 play, "Der Besuch der alten Dame." Karla (Bergman) is disgraced as an unwed mother and banished from her hometown. She later returns a fabulously wealthy woman, ready to confront the child's father Serge (Quinn), who denied paternity, and seek revenge. Nominated for a Palme d'Or at the 1964 Cannes Film Festival, and for an Academy Award in 1965. 8 x 10 inches, small white borders.
