The valuable timber referred to in this draft auction prospectus consists of Pitwood, Scotch, Spruce, Alder ,Larch, Chestnut, Ash, Oak, Elm, Beech and Sycamore. About 2,400 trees are offered for sale and these are tabled by location (Moll Devereux Grove, Mrs. Kelly's Wood, etc.), number and cubic contents. It is noted that the property adjoins and is convenient to Wellingtonbridge Station. This copy with tipped-in contemporary typed slip containing further conditions of sale. Very Rare.
