Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. 8vo, gilt stamped blue cloth, small library bookplate mounted to inside front cover, halftone frontispiece showing the 1809 homestead, 105pp. TEG. Two blind-stamps internally. Halftone portrait plate illustrations. An anthology of lyric compositions wrought by members of the family, all of them remembering the family seat with much fondness. A long-time antiquarian bookseller assures me that the location was in Newton MA. A Very Good copy.
