Dated 27 March 1694, the document involves Richard Reynolds, the younger, a carpenter of Hawkhurst, Kent Co., England, and William Couchman, clothier, of Cranbrook, Kent Co., and properties in Hawkhurst. Signed by Couchman with a seal, and by witnesses Thomas Morten, John Sharpe, Josiah Colvill, and Samuel Dunant. In Very Good+ Condition: light soiling, primarily on outer sections.
