Deux coins abîmés, petite galerie de vers marginale en fin de volume. Traduction française par l'avocat clermontois Georges Durand des Commentarii in consuetudines Arverniae, publiés à l'adresse de Paris en 1548, et premier travail de ce genre, quoique limité à la coutume générale. Publicius Aymon, docteur in utroque, fut avocat général puis président de juridiction à Chambéry, donc dans les États du Duc de Savoie. Expulsé de son pays, il fut assigné à résidence à Montferrand où, pour tromper son ennui (l'Auvergne étant alors aussi hospitalière qu'aujourd'hui) il se mit à rédiger un commentaire de la coutume locale, mise par écrit en 1510.
