Hard beige boards with colour plate laid onto front, very minor rubbing/bimping to edges. Contents clean and tight with very slight spotting/soiling, 2 illustrations neatly crayoned in. Owner's inscription to ffep. Nice DW, a little worn with some loss, minor creasing. Charming colour plates and B&W illustrations by Honor C Appleton throughout. Another in the delightful 'Josephine' series of books, about a girl's adventures with her toys and pets. Mrs H C Cradock was the pen name of Augusta Whiteford.
