Unbound. Condition: Good. No publisher, place or date. Perhaps late 1800s, early 1900s. Single sheet, disbound from a larger work. Printed on a single side only. A short piece arguing for more temperance education instead of more repressive laws, perhaps a subtle advertisement for temperance publications written by Wilbur Crafts and his wife. GOOD condition. Binding edge tattered and chipped, with a few small tears. Fore edge with several tears. Minor toning and soiling.

Previous ownership on the front free endpaper "William P. Nutting, #2 Falmouth St., Lawrence, Mass., Your Grandma gave me this book". Age toning to the endpapers, light edge wear to the covers.

Externally - one back cover corner bump o/w light rubbing corners and head of spine, chipped at heel of spine, a few stray cover spots that don't detract greatly. Internally - small top corner folds to last 3 pages, very light amount of foxing pretty much limited to endpapers + a handful of words underlined in pencil with what appears to be a Swedish translation pencilled in to the margin. Includes symposium comments from various contributors (National Temperance Society and Prohibition Party leaders), discussion of a platform, and a "Declaration of Independence against King Alcohol" with a space (blank) for signing.
