"A Title for Buxey" is a boxing themed comedy in three acts, set in Belfast. It was first performed at the Ulster Group Theatre, Belfast, on December 24th 1949. This is an ex-library copy and has been rebound and recased in a library hardback binding with the original front and rear covers, or possibly the front and rear of a dustwrapper, laminated onto the boards. The front cover bears an illustration by Rowel Friers and there is a list of forthcoming publications on the back cover. The case of the book is in very good condition with light shelf wear and light bumping to the spine ends. The contents are tight and clean and the only library marks appear to be a 'withdrawn' stamp on the title-page and some reference numbers on the back of the title-page. The front free endpaper has been removed.
